Book me for a day
The tab you keep meaning to get to.
Book a 24-hour window and hand me the list. I work through it in the order that matters most to you, and the next morning you get all of it back with a video walking you through everything I touched. You don't have to be on a single call for any of it.
Takes about three minutes.
You know the one
Might be four of them, honestly.
You could fix all of this. You've probably already watched the tutorial. But doing it properly takes one uninterrupted stretch where nothing else needs you, and you've got maybe two hours after work, and twenty minutes in something always comes up.
The automation that stopped firing in March
You never did figure out why. You turned it off, meant to come back to it, and now there's a whole segment of people who joined and got nothing.
The freebie that's connected to absolutely nothing
It's built. It's good, even. It just doesn't deliver, or it delivers to the wrong list, or it delivers twice. Which is somehow worse.
The checkout you've been meaning to test since April
You think it works. You're mostly sure it works. Nobody's emailed to say it doesn't, but nobody's bought either, so that's not really evidence.
The tags and segments that stopped making sense a year ago
There are eleven of them and you can't remember what four of them mean. You know the one I'm talking about. Everyone has that one.
Yes, you. That's the list I want.
Nobody's judging
I promise I've seen worse.
Every single person who books a day opens the workbook and apologizes for the state of it. Every one. I'd genuinely rather see the real mess than a tidied-up version, because the tidied-up version is how things get missed.
Send me the embarrassing list. That's the one I want.
✦ ✦ ✦
So. Book a day.
Hand me the pile.
You book a 24-hour working window and you give me your list, messy exactly as it is. I work through it in the order we agree on, and the next morning everything comes back to you with a walkthrough video.
You're booking the window, not a set of deliverables. That distinction matters, so I say it early: because of how I work, a lot moves in one day, but how much depends on how complete your prep is and how fast you can answer me when I hit a decision point.
And you don't have to sit around waiting on me. You need to be reachable, not present. Otherwise go do your actual job.
How it runs
Five things happen, in this order.
A $500 deposit holds your date and the workbook comes to you.
The workbook is where you dump everything. Every broken thing, every half-finished thing, every "I've been meaning to." Don't organize it, don't clean it up, and definitely don't decide what's realistic. That last part is genuinely my job.
We get on a 30-minute call and rank your list together.
I go through everything you dumped and tell you honestly what fits inside the window. This is the part that matters. You'll know what's realistic before you spend the rest of the money, not after.
The window opens in the morning and closes the same time the next morning.
I message you when I start and I check in as I go. Twenty-four hours instead of a set six means I'm working when I'm actually sharp, which is better for your list than watching me white-knuckle a clock at 2pm.
Everything comes back, plus a video walking you through it.
Not a summary email. An actual walkthrough of every thing I touched, so you can find it again in six weeks. Your balance charges automatically that day, so there's never an awkward invoice moment. Nobody enjoys that part.
I'm still here.
Questions, "wait how do I do that again," something looks off to you. I'll answer or send you a quick screen recording. Please use it. Most people ask me two things and then disappear, and I always figure there was a third thing they didn't want to bother me about.
You're booking the window, not a set of deliverables.
What we can work on
A menu to pick from, not a promise of quantity.
You'll pick what you want off this. I'll tell you what fits. We sort it into priority order on the kick-off call and then I work top down.

Ten years in other people's backends
This format is new. The work is not.
I've been doing course migrations, email platform cleanups, and "why is this broken" archaeology for a decade, for clients and on contract. The 24-hour window is the new part. What happens inside it is the same thing I've always done.
As a business owner it's so important to have the technical side of my business working in my favor. I love having Delana's knowledge in my back pocket so I can feel confident in showing up online, getting consistent clients and growing my business. If you struggle with the tech side of your business or just want to make it better I highly recommend Delana.
She was so knowledgeable and flexible to my vision. There was no time wasted-she just attacked all the little broken links and issues I was facing and efficiently solved all the problems I was having with getting my site to work smoothly with other apps such as Zapier and ConvertKit. She also educates you along the way so all the tech stuff is not so intimidating. I am definitely going to work with her again when I publish my flagship course on my website (using Teachable). This type of assistance and kindness is priceless when I have limited time to work on my website as a busy mother and homesteader!
I had been having trouble with my email account. Things weren't being forwarded to me from my website and I could not figure it out, nor could anyone else. In a short time, Delana was able to get it working again. She not only fixed the problem but she arranged my inboxes in a way to make me more productive. Delana also provided me with a video tutorial that she made which I can always reference. Delana is a true professional and knows how to fix anything having to do with websites, funnels, and email problems.
Straight out of a client's inbox.
The investment
One window. One price. Your list.
Beta rate, first two days only
Regular price is $1,697 and it goes to $1,997 after three completed days. The first two are $1297, and I'll tell you why: I'm testing a new format and I want honest feedback afterward about how it actually went for you. The discount is because I'm testing a format. The work is the same work I've been doing for ten years, and I'm not going to leave you hanging at the end of the day because it says beta on it.
$500 holds your date. The balance charges automatically the morning after your window closes. I take two days a month, hard cap, because three is how this becomes the thing I resent.
Starts with a short form, not a payment. I'll look at your list first.
Questions people actually ask
The honest answers.
Why can't my VA do this?
If you have a VA who can do it, use your VA. I mean that, genuinely. But usually the reason this stuff is still sitting there is that nobody can tell the VA what to do. "The automation is broken and I don't know why" is not something you can hand off as a task. Somebody has to diagnose it first, and that's the same pass as fixing it.
Can you guarantee everything on my list gets done?
No, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I will do is look at your whole list before your day and tell you honestly what fits. We work in priority order, so the things that matter most are the things that get done. Most people are pretty surprised by how much moves in one window.
What if I don't have enough for a whole day?
Almost everyone thinks this and almost nobody is right. Send me the list. If it genuinely doesn't fill a window I'll tell you so, and point you toward something smaller. I'd rather do that than take your money for a half-empty day.
Do I need to be around all day?
Nope. Reachable, not present. I'll message you when I start and check in as I go, and I need reasonably quick answers when I hit a decision point. The rest of the time, go live your life.
How is this different from just hiring you?
You're not hiring me ongoing and I'm not writing you a proposal. One window, one price, your list. When it's done it's done, and you're not sitting on a retainer you forgot to cancel.
$1297 feels like a lot.
It is a lot. It's also roughly what six months of not touching this has already cost you in lost subscribers, dropped checkouts, and evenings. And if it's not the right time, that's a real answer. I'd honestly rather you wait than stretch.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens and I know it. Reschedules are fine with at least seven days notice, up to three times within 90 days. The deposit stays non-refundable because it's holding a date I'm turning other people away for, but I'd genuinely rather move your day than have you spend this money on a window you're not ready for.
Start here
Tell me what's broken.
This is a form, not a checkout. I read every one of these myself and I'll come back to you within two business days with whether a day is actually the right call for you.
One more thing
The pile isn't a character flaw.
It's what happens when you're building a business in the hours after your actual job, on top of everything else you're carrying. There was never going to be a Saturday where you felt like sorting out a Zapier connection. There was only ever going to be a day where somebody else did it.
