Simple. You apply, we schedule, we build.

Step 1

✨ Fill out the application ✨

Tell me what you need built, what platforms you're using (or want to use), and what your top 3 priorities are. I'll review it and let you know if it's a good fit for a VIP Day or if you need something different.

Step 2

✨ Schedule your VIP Day ✨

We pick a day that works for both of us. Block off 6 hours. Show up with coffee. You don’t need to be on a video call the whole time, but you do need to be available for questions and to review items.

Step 3

✨ Prep your assets ✨

Send me your copy, photos, branding (logo, colors, fonts), and login credentials for platforms. The more you have ready, the more we can get done.

Step 4

✨ Time to Build! ✨

TODAY’S THE DAY! Time for me to get to work! I will check in with you throughout the day via our chosen form of communication. It’s important for you to be as available as possible for quick decisions and questions so we can move your project along.

✨ We review it together ✨

Once everything's built, we hop on a call so I can walk you through what I set up, show you how everything works, and answer questions. You’ll have 30 days of follow up support via email to ask any questions that may come up. I won’t complete any additional work during this time but will get back to you with answers via email or video within 24-48 hours.

It’s important to note that when you invest in a Tech Foundations Day, you're purchasing a block of time, not a guaranteed set of deliverables. I'll work diligently and efficiently during our scheduled time, but there is no guarantee for what will be completed.

It’s vital that you’re available to provide feedback and answer questions to ensure our day together is successful. If we don’t get everything completed you can always book another day or half day so we can finish things up.

This is for you if:

FAQs

  • One time payment of $1497 or 2 payments of $748.5.

  • The short answer is you’ll need to make sure that any content I need (copy, images, videos, workbooks, etc) is ready to go on our scheduled day. Not having these materials ready can cause delays and we’re here to get things done!

  • Yes! You can book your Technically Enchanted day with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled day.

  • Because I have a limited number of spots available for Technically Enchanted days, no refunds will be given. You may reschedule you day with at least 7 days notice so I can try to fill your spot. If you need to reschedule, you have 90 days to rebook.

  • No problem! A couple hours time difference usually isn’t an issue. If you’re outside of the US, we can chat about a timeframe that will work for both of us.

  • Of course! If you have any questions, fill out the form just above these FAQs or send me an email to delana@delanasimmons.com. I’m happy to chat before booking.

  • Check the calendar here to see when the next available day is!

    I do recommend booking at least 2 weeks out so you have time to go through the prework, schedule our kick of call, and make sure you have everything I’ll need prior to your scheduled day.

  • I’ll at least need you to have your phone notifications turned on for our communication app during the duration of our Enchanted day. Availability and quick answers to feedback and questions are what make Technically Enchanted Days successful!

  • We'll figure that out during the application review. If you need more time, we can do a second VIP Day or set up ongoing support. I'm not going to leave you hanging.

  • Squarespace (websites), Kit and Flodesk (email), Podia and Kajabi (courses), Google Workspace (Drive/Docs), ClickUp and Asana (project management), Dubsado and HoneyBook (client management). If you're using something else, let me know in the application and we'll figure it out.

  • You'll get a walkthrough for everything we set up so you can manage it yourself. If something breaks or you need tweaks later, you can book a 90-minute Tech Intensive session for $500 or we can talk about retainer support.
