Here’s how your Technically Enchanted Day is going to go:

Step 1

✨ Book Your Day ✨

Select a day to be Technically Enchanted where you can be available virtually and don’t have any other commitments. If you don’t see anything on the calendar that works for you, please email me and we’ll find a date that works for us both.

Step 2

✨ Get Prepared ✨

After booking your day, you’ll receive a couple of emails and access to your client portal. Please be sure to complete any pre-work required for what you’d like to work on during our time together. If we’re working with any content (to build a course, for example) make sure all of this is completed as well prior to your scheduled Enchanted day.

Step 3

✨ Our Strategy Call ✨

You’ll be asked to schedule a 45-minute strategy call with me approximately one week before your Enchanted day. During this call, we’ll go over what we’ll be working on, any content that’s required, and questions you have about the day-of process. This call is to help set us both up to get the most out of the day!

Step 4

✨ Be Enchanted ✨

TODAY’S THE DAY! Time for me to get to work! I will check in with you throughout the day via our chosen form of communication. It’s important for you to be as available as possible for quick decisions and questions so we can move your project along.

Step 5

✨ Follow Up Support ✨

Starting the day after your Enchanted Day, you’ll have 30 days of follow up support via email to ask any questions that may come up. I won’t complete any additional work during this time but will get back to you with answers via email or video within 24-48 hours.

It’s important to note that when you invest in a Technically Enchanted Day, you're purchasing a block of time, not a guaranteed set of deliverables. I'll work diligently and efficiently during our scheduled time, but there is no guarantee for what will be completed.

It’s vital that you’re available to provide feedback and answer questions to ensure our day together is successful. If we don’t get everything completed you can always book another day or half day so we can finish things up.

You’re a good fit if…

✨ You have a list of tech things you need to do but don’t have know how or maybe just don’t have the time to get them done

✨ You’ve created a new course or membership but the thought of setting up all the tech is making you wonder why you created it in the first place

✨ You need some support but aren’t ready to hire an ongoing VA or you just need a little specialized support without a long term commitment

FAQs

  • One time payment of $1497 or 2 payments of $748.5.

  • The short answer is you’ll need to make sure that any content I need (copy, images, videos, workbooks, etc) is ready to go on our scheduled day. Not having these materials ready can cause delays and we’re here to get things done!

  • Yes! You can book your Technically Enchanted day with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled day.

  • Because I have a limited number of spots available for Technically Enchanted days, no refunds will be given. You may reschedule you day with at least 7 days notice so I can try to fill your spot. If you need to reschedule, you have 90 days to rebook.

  • No problem! A couple hours time difference usually isn’t an issue. If you’re outside of the US, we can chat about a timeframe that will work for both of us.

  • Of course! If you have any questions, fill out the form just above these FAQs or send me an email to delana@delanasimmons.com. I’m happy to chat before booking.

  • Check the calendar here to see when the next available day is!

    I do recommend booking at least 2 weeks out so you have time to go through the prework, schedule our kick of call, and make sure you have everything I’ll need prior to your scheduled day.

  • I’ll at least need you to have your phone notifications turned on for our communication app during the duration of our Enchanted day. Availability and quick answers to feedback and questions are what make Technically Enchanted Days successful!
